KSAP-813 Control Device is designed to control, monitor and protect one single pump.

 

Main functions:

 Selection of the corresponding pressure mode using the “SET” DIP switch settings: pressure regulation by analog signal, constant pressure water supply

 Automatic pump start/stop depending on the set pressure: The pump starts when the pressure drops below the lower differential pressure. The pump stops 

 when the pressure rises above the upper differential pressure.

 External circuit fault pump protection

 Pump overheat protection (WSK)

 Motor overcurrent protection

 Frequent start/stop fault pump protection

 Pump dryrun protection

 

The Main switch: used for manual switching on and off of the whole device 

Pump operation indicator: lights during pump operation, flashes in case of pump fault

Equipment Used in Combination: 

Pressure gauge with 420 mA passive signal (twowires)

 

Application Scenarios: 

Constant water pressure is regulated by an analog signal (4–20 mA) from an external pressure sensor. The pump starts at low pressure and stops at high pressure.
